Final pricing depends on model, quantity, rental duration, delivery location, accessories, stock availability, and site requirements. Rental Terms
Rental equipment remains the property of Octogen unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are responsible for returning rental units, batteries, chargers, antennas, earpieces, and accessories in good working condition. Charges may apply for loss, damage, late return, missing accessories, or unusual cleaning and repair needs.
Delivery, Collection, and Site Use
Delivery and collection times are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Customers should provide accurate venue access, contact person, parking or loading instructions, and any security requirements. Radio coverage can be affected by building layout, basements, concrete, distance, terrain, interference, and repeater availability; site testing may be required for critical operations.
Sales, Warranty, and Repairs
Product warranty terms depend on brand, supplier, model, and the nature of the fault.
